Thermal Spray / ARC Spray Systems

Advanced metalizing solutions for superior corrosion protection and surface restoration.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Protective Coating Technology

Our Thermal Spray Systems (also known as Metalizing) provide a highly effective method for applying protective metal coatings. The process involves melting coating materials (such as Zinc, Aluminum, or Stainless Steel) and propelling them onto a prepared surface to form a dense, strongly bonded coating.

We offer both Electric Arc Spray systems for high-production environments and Wire Flame Spray systems for versatility. These coatings are widely used for anti-corrosion protection on bridges, towers, and offshore structures.

  • Corrosion Control: Excellent protection using Zinc or Aluminum.
  • High Efficiency: Electric Arc systems offer high deposition rates.
  • Versatile Guns: Options for Air Drive (AD) and DC Drive motors.
