Our Airless Shot Blasting Machines utilize motor-driven centrifugal wheels to propel abrasive media at high speeds (typically 50 to 120 meters per second) onto the workpiece. This high-velocity impact effectively removes rust, scale, old coatings, and contaminants.

Unlike air-driven systems, these machines rely on wheel blades to accelerate the media, making them highly energy-efficient and capable of handling large-volume production runs. They are the ideal solution for foundries, forging plants, and heavy engineering industries.

Airless Tumblast Machine

Suitable for castings and forgings (75kg to 800kg). Features rubber conveyors and tumbling action to clean components from every side.

Roller Conveyor Machine

Ideal for round bars, hex bars, strips, and plates. Jobs travel through the blast cabinet on inlet/outlet roller conveyors for continuous cleaning.

Swing Table Machine

Designed for large, heavy components like engine blocks and transmission housings. Parts are loaded onto a rotating door-mounted table.

Rotary Barrel Machine

Economical solution for small to medium iron/alloy castings. The barrel rotation ensures delicate castings are protected during tumbling.

Hanger / Hook Type

Perfect for fragile or complex parts that cannot be tumbled. Includes "Y" Type and Closed Loop systems for hanging heavier parts.
